Our tipping silo trailer with a loading volume of approx. 60 m³ is characterized by a high loading volume, low tare weight, ease of use, stability and robustness. It is suitable for transporting lightweight, powdered or granular materials such as granulate, coal, sand, salts, shavings, pellets and much more.

It has a special and user-friendly unloading system that enables smooth material discharge. It is characterized by a cylindrical container that lies almost horizontally on the chassis. In contrast to the tanker, the container is tilted upwards by approx. 45° to a maximum of approx. 60° for emptying, depending on the slipperiness of the material, so that the transported material slides through the discharge spout by gravity.

A special feature of the silo vehicles in contrast to other truck bodies, in addition to the round design, is the ability to walk on the body: The vehicles have a folding ladder at the rear, which makes it possible to climb onto the vehicle along the entire length of the container.

Silo vehicles are loaded via hoppers on the top of the vehicle. For this purpose, the lids of the so-called filling domes are opened and the transported goods can be filled by gravity. The filling domes usually have a diameter of 450 mm and are closed either with a hinged lid or a sliding lid.
