Office Management / Order Processing (m/f/d)

Office management assistants organize and process office management tasks. They also carry out commercial activities in areas such as order processing, procurement, accounting, marketing and personnel administration.

Your tasks

General order processing and document invoicing, order processing, creation and control of invoices
Administration and maintenance of documents and systems
Processing inquiries and complaints
General office and administrative activities as well as sub-tasks in personnel administration and accounting are part of your daily work
Coordination and control of various administrative processes
Creating shipping documents

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed your training in the commercial sector (wholesale and retail merchant, office clerk, office management clerk, industrial clerk)
You have already gained relevant experience in order processing
Confident handling of common MS Office programs and intuitive handling of software
Independent working style, a high degree of quality and service orientation, appreciative communication and assertiveness
Organized, committed and structured way of working and ability to work in a team
