Dispatcher / Forwarding Agent (m/f/d)

Our family-run forwarding and logistics company is one of the leading companies in the tipper truck sector. To further strengthen our dispatching team, we are looking for a highly motivated and organizationally strong dispatcher for the planning and dispatching of our tipper trucks. You are assertive, ideally already have experience in dispatching and would like to contribute your skills in a crisis-proof and future-proof industry.

Your tasks

Daily dispatching of our vehicles in international traffic

Preparation and follow-up of tours

Optimization of existing tours

Supervision of the truck crews

Contact person for our customers in logistical matters

General organizational activities in scheduling

Your qualifications

Completed vocational training as a dispatcher, forwarding agent or a comparable position (also career changers)

Team-oriented work

Organizational skills and flexibility

Committed and customer-oriented appearance

Strong communication skills and assertiveness
